Word of the day: Hoohavia: It is not a word that I came up with. A group of our clients sat around a campfire reading The Happy Hoo-Ha. They decided they should create a place where everybody has a happy hoo-ha. Hoohavia. Sounds like Paradise to M.E.!

Now that my books are online at Barnes and Noble, I’m getting more reviews!  A Promise of Passion is making a statement. Yea!!Loved it! This book has everything you could want in a love story: romance, heartbreak, conflict, and of course great sex! Word of the day: Snatchilicious: One of the many adjectives used to describe the sexy women who frequent the Mark and M.E. Salon in Rochester New York!

The Happy Hoo-Ha Lady isn’t very happy. Last Saturday, we had five no-shows. Today, I personally had four. We generally have one no-show every day. It’s very frustrating. We do reminder calls, but they don’t seem to make a difference. We try to accommodate our clients as best as possible, but many people don’t seem to value our time. All I want is to make everyone have a happy hoo-ha, but there are way too many people out there who make it difficult for me to do that.  Do you really want to piss off the lady who puts hot wax between your legs?

I go away a lot in the winter. Look outside; does that surprise you? So if you look down and see a forest starting to brew, don’t hesitate to call me. I am your leading lady on the Rochester deforestation crew and would hate for there to be an unsightly brush fire.

Yesterday I told a story about two girls who got waxed together last week. When I finished the first girl, her friend told her how pretty it was. As I was waxing the second girl, the first one stood in front of my full length mirror without any pants on continuing to admire her new look. In fact, she didn’t get dressed until I finished her friend. I loved the genuine admiration and utter satisfaction that came from their ten minute Brazilian.

A young woman brought in a friend to be waxed for the first time. The newbie went first. As I waxed the newbie, the friend stood on the stool next to her admiring the process, even though she has had it done before at Mark and M.E. When I finished, the friend commented on how pretty her friend’s kitty was. I didn’t find the compliment odd. On the contrary, I appreciate anyone who admires the area that I work so diligently to make as pretty as possible.

After being gone for two weeks, I knew today would be a fun and potentially crazy day. Sadly, a lot of people had to cancel due to illness. The upside was that the cancellations gave me more time to enjoy the clients that were able to make their appointments. Many of the clients (both men and women) who did show up waited a long time between waxes. Frankly, I hadn’t seen about a dozen of them since summer. I saw some big, bad bushes today. Extricating massive mounds
of hair from such a delicate area can elicit some crazy responses. There was swearing. There was yelling. More than anything, there were a lot of exultations towards God, Jesus, and the like. There was a great deal of religion at Mark & M.E. today. I feel like I spent an entire day at church. It was a fun, naked church, but it felt like church all the same.
