Shout out to the client who got her lashes done by Danielle and when she cashed out, she not only tipped Danielle but she tipped our other employee as well. Apparently she overheard this staff member cashing out a women who raved about how amazing her Brazilian was but didn’t leave her a tip. In our industry, beauticians rely on tips so it can be disheartening when a client doesn’t leave anything, especially considering how intimate our service is.
Shout out to the client who missed her appointment, realized her card was declined and called us with a new credit card and even added a tip. Now that’s a classy lady!
