Today begins our three day weekend for the teams at both Mark & M.E. and Wax It All Salon. Thank you for letting us cut, color and rip your hair. It was a fun and productive week and we appreciate all of you!
An unexperienced wax technician may look at this and start sweating profusely. I look at this guy and think to myself, bring it on!
We have a numbing cream called No Scream Cream. It’s white and does make the waxing experience a little easier. I had a woman use almost an entire tube (which was beyond excessive!) She didn’t wipe it off before she got on the waxing table so it looked like she had mayonnaise all over the place – kind of like this kid!
The other day I let my clients know that I will be cutting back on my hours. I’ve been in the business since 1987 and have a lot of fun things planned for the future, so I won’t have time to wax full time anymore. So far the best message I received was from the client who wanted to schedule an appointment with me before I go into the “Witness Protection Program!” 😂
