In my opinion, the definition of a Brazilian Wax is the removal of all pubic and rectal hair. Some people are afraid to do the whole thing because of the anticipated pain so they choose to only do the backside. This following meme includes a statement that a man said to me about five years ago before I waxed that area on him, so when I saw this meme, I had to share because it’s so funny and so true. Getting waxed between your cheeks is life changing!
I waxed a woman in her thirties who had a lot of grey pubic hair. She told me she felt like she looked like an eighty year old “down there” because there was so much grey. When I finished giving her a Brazilian Wax, I told her she looked like an eight month old, not an 80 year old anymore.

This is actually a conversation that we have with dozens of women every year. They come in for an annual Brazilian Wax for a vacation or an anniversary and wonder why it hurts every time. This is the gig. Wax every 4-6 weeks and the hair will come in finer and thinner. Shave all year and then wax one time for a special occasion and it’s like losing your virginity all over again.
We do not require that you wear a mask when you come to the salon but are completely comfortable with you wearing one while you come in for your service. Please remember that you can get hot while you get a Brazilian Wax and wearing a mask can make you feel even hotter. It is a good idea to wear a light weight shirt if you plan to keep your mask on. It’ll keep you more comfortable during the service. We have had women rip off their sweaters because they feel too heated. And that is fine too. We like seeing what type of bra you are wearing….or not.
All clients that get a Brazilian Wax with us go through a series of five positions. The last position is on their side so we can wax between their cheeks. When I asked a new client to roll on her side so I could wax her backside, she said, “You should be paying me for this!”
