A man came in for a Brazilian and a back wax. It had been almost a year since I had seen him. Since we were waxing several parts on his body, he stripped down to his socks, which just happened to have jalapeños on them. As you can probably imagine, he was very red when the service was over. In fact, there was a certain part of him that matched his socks perfectly.
Sometimes men and women who come in for a Brazilian Wax express a lot of anxiety because they fear I will wax off something in their private area that they would hate to lose. Believe me, your precious jewels are safe from me. I just want the hair that they reside in.
The other day, a client asked me if I’m always in a good mood or if I was good at faking it? No, I don’t fake it. I really am a happy lady. I think we have a choice every morning when we wake up whether we want to be happy or grumpy. I choose happy. That is why I drive a yellow car (which reminds me of sunshine which makes me smile!) and I wrote The Happy Hoo-Ha Trilogy. Each book has the word happy in the title, which is not a coincidence. Have a happy day!
I love what women say during their Brazilian Waxes! Like the woman who told me she brought a growling kitty to the salon and when I finished, her kitty was purring.
It’s so funny what women say when they see their massive amounts of hair on a strip when they are getting a Brazilian Wax. Like the client who said the hair would make a great toupee for a bald man.
A woman put off her Brazilian Wax because she was busy this summer. It wasn’t until her husband commented that 1977 was a very good vintage that she gave me a call.
Since I wax for a living, I’m not sure if this man frightens or excites me. Aw, who am I kidding? I’d love to get my hands on him!
Summer days are ending
And that can be scary.
But you know what is worse?
Ending summer when you’re hairy!
