There has only been a handful of times that a client has actually cried on my table. When that happens, I don’t finish. It’s not worth it if it makes them that uncomfortable.
Today’s question: Is it common for clients to sweat during a wax?
It sure is. It’s usually due to the fear of the unknown or the anticipated pain. Fortunately, we pride ourselves on making every client feel as comfortable as possible and, in turn, that allows the sweating to subside.

They sure do! Normally the voice will get higher and it’ll sound like a young boy going through puberty.

Today’s question: Have I ever pulled a woman’s tampon out during a Brazilian Wax?
Not exactly. I’ve never pulled or waxed one out, but I have had several tampons fall out of women during their wax who hadn’t put them in correctly.
Today’s question: Can medication hinder your waxing service?
One of our clients never thought getting a Brazilian Wax was painful until recently. When we discussed changes in her diet, lifestyle and habits, we realized that there was only one major change in her life; she is now taking medication for anxiety. She consulted with her physician and her doctor agreed that in some cases, medication can make your skin more sensitive. Is she willing to give up waxing? Absolutely NOT!
