Did you know that I trademarked “The Home of The 10 Minute Brazilian?” Since I was the first person to do Brazilians in Rochester, NY over 30 years ago and the first one to start doing them in 10 minutes, it seemed like the perfect thing to do. So if you ever see someone using that expression, beat ’em up for me please!
A client was completely shocked to get an appointment with me yesterday. She didn’t think I worked at Mark & M.E. anymore. In case anyone was wondering, I work Friday’s and Saturday’s at the original Home of the 10 Minute Brazilian and Bandit still comes to work with me!

People often ask me why we don’t offer Sugaring. I did use it for awhile but found that it wasn’t a durable enough product to remove hair from the root when the client had coarse, thick hair. We prefer our sensitive facial wax and will stick with that!

When my mother-in-law passed in May, we came across the first two dollars that she and my father-in-law received when they opened the salon on Mt. Hope. If you look closely, you’ll see Harry and Adele’s names written on the bills. Without them, Mark and I wouldn’t be where we are today, owning three salons in our amazing city and enjoying the best careers!💕
