Some of our client’s call and schedule at the last minute because they are afraid if they book in advance, they’ll stress about the appointment until the day it is scheduled for. Often these same clients will cancel because they get stressed thinking about getting a Brazilian, even if it isn’t for another month. We have a larger staff now so we can usually accommodate a “last minute” appointment but this a shorter week and a holiday, so you may want to call a little sooner than you normally do!
Scenario: Young, healthy person with thick curly hair who hasn’t gotten a Brazilian Wax since September.
“I’m so happy to be here. Ow, that hurts. Oh I’m so glad you’re getting rid of that hair. Wow, this is a tough one. OMG, I am so happy to finally get rid of all that hair. Ah, I’m nervous about that part. God, I feel amazing!”
This is a pretty common conversation that client’s have with themselves. 😁
Had to laugh when a client came in and said, “I know I probably should have waited another week for a wax but I need you to get rid my quills!”
So I did.
